After the installation of the following security update (KB973917) you may see instances that the following Duet services are failing:
- RequestHandler
- Read Service
- Service Provider
- AzMan Service
You also may see the following event logs in the System log of the Duet server:

Description:
Application pool 'IBFWebAppPool' is being automatically disabled due to a series of failures in the process(es) serving that application pool.
The cause of this issue is mismatched Internet Information Server DLL’s located in ‘C:\Windows\system32\inetsrv’ directory. This is usually caused by a failed or incomplete install of Windows 2003 SP2 on the Duet server.
The resolution for this issue is to reinstall Windows 2003 Service Pack 2 on the Duet server.
