If you created modeling projects in Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate Beta 2, you may see an error of the form
{path to MSBuild}\MSBuild\Microsoft\VisualStudio\v10.0\TeamArchitect\microsoft.visualstudio.teamarchitect.modelingproject.targets” was not found
Shai Raiten has a hack to resolve this posted at Visual Studio 2010 RC – Unable To Load Modeling Project From Beta 2. However, there is a better way. Go download and use this upgrade tool: Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Architecture Model Upgrade Tool.
Here it is on my machine, upgrading a Beta 2 project for me. You don’t have to run this as admin:
