Windows Server 2008 R2,Performance logs & alerts service can not start

Symptom
========

"Error 1079: The account specified for this service is different from the account specified for other services running in the same process."

Solution
===========
On the Windows 2008 R2 computer, change to the Local Service account to run the Performance Logs & Alerts service by the following steps:

1. Choose “This account” check box in the “Log on” tab.

2. Click “Browse” and open the “Select User” window, type “Local Service”, and click “Check Names”, then click OK.

3. Delete the existing password in “Password” and “Confirm password”, click OK.
