Deleting a Case

Note

Cases are referred as work orders for Private Cloud subscribers.

To delete a Case from the "Cases" page, proceed as follows:

  1. From the left navigation, select "Explore" and click "Cases".
  2. Select the case that needs to be deleted.
  3. Click on the delete icon.
  4. Click "Delete" to delete the case.
