      人文关怀是研究生导师的基本职责。导师对研究生进行人文关怀,是指在研究生培养的整个过程中,导师以"以学生为本"为基本理念,以立德树人为根本任务,充分尊重学生,持续关心、关爱、关注学生在学业、日常生活、就业等方面的多样化需求,培养他们积极的心理素质和高尚的人格特质,推动实现其自由而全面的发展。导师对研究生进行人文关怀是树立"以学生为本"理念的基本要求,是促进学生全面发展的核心要义,是构建和谐导生关系的重要抓手。当前,导师对研究生进行人文关怀面临着角色认知不足、关怀知识技能欠缺、关怀内容供给失衡及评价机制亟待完善等现实困境。为此,导师应全面提升人文关怀认知,确保育人职责有效落实;熟练掌握专业知识技能,着力提升人文关怀成效;系统供给人文关怀内容,切实做到"三全"化人。高校要持续完善考核评价机制,强化关怀引领示范作用。

      Humanistic care is the basic responsibility of postgraduate supervisors.That supervisors provide postgraduates with humanistic care means supervisors adhere to the basic concept of "putting students first", consider moral education to be their fundamental task, and respect students fully throughout the entire postgraduate training process, during which, they continuously care for and love students, paying attention to their diverse academic, daily life, and employment needs, cultivating their positive psychological quality and noble personality, and encouraging them to realize free and comprehensive development. The humanistic care that supervisors should provide to postgraduates is a fundamental requirement for establishing the "student-first" concept, a core essence for promoting the all-round development of students, and an important means to build a harmonious supervisor-postgraduate relationship. At present, supervisors are confronted with practical challenges in providing humanistic care to postgraduate students. These challenges include an insufficient perception of their role, a lack of knowledge and skills regarding care, an imbalance in the supply of care content, and an urgent need to improve the evaluation mechanism. In this regard, supervisors should fulfill their responsibilities to foster moral education and carry out humanistic care for postgraduates by: enhancing comprehensively the awareness of humanistic care and ensure the effective implementation of educational responsibilities; mastering professional knowledge and skills necessary to enhance humanistic care effectively; supplying systematically humanistic care content to effectively achieve the "all-staff, whole-process and comprehensive" education; and perfecting continuously the assessment and evaluation mechanism to highlight their leading and exemplary role of humanistic care.
