实践育人是培养时代新人的重要途径。在新农科理念引领下,受"新技术"外部驱动因素与"新国情"内部推动因素的双重作用,农科研究生实践育人的时代价值愈加彰显。农科研究生实践育人应在明晰其逻辑指向基础上不断与时俱进,坚持以价值引领与能力提升为核心,动态调整实践内容;秉持"跨学科"的开放视野,营造全域教学资源流动整合新样态;从完善课程体系、拓展育人载体、构建育人机制、重构评价体系等四个方面优化实践路径,为推动农科研究生教育高质量发展提供理论指导。 |

Training students through practice is an important way to cultivate a new generation professionals. Thanks to the conceptual guidance of the "new agricultural science" and the drive of external factors such as new technologies and internal factors such as new national conditions, the contemporary value of training agricultural postgraduates through practice has become increasingly prominent. The training of agricultural postgraduates through practice should continuously evolve with the times, grounded in a clear understanding of its logical direction. It should focus on value guidance and capability enhancement as the core, with dynamic adjustment as the practice content, it should establish a new paradigm for integrating and mobilizing teaching resources across all domains, adhering to an "interdisciplinary" open perspective; and furthermore, it should optimize the practice pathway in four aspects: improving the curriculum, expanding the educational platform, building educational mechanisms, and reconstructing the evaluation system. In the meantime, theoretical guidance for improving the quality of agricultural postgraduate education should be provided. |
