      作为"欧洲大学"之一,EURECA-PRO是全球唯一一个对标可持续发展目标而建设的联盟,所开设的博士生教育项目精准回应了全球挑战与欧洲问题,致力于在欧洲层面积极开展创新合作,为欧洲高等教育一体化建设的转型注入活力。在规划博士生教育项目时,EURECA-PRO基于"知识广场"的建设理念,按照教育、研究、创新与社会互动四大领域深度融合与互联互通的原则,构建了基于共享与迁移的知识生态以及基于协同与发展的网络生态。在合作过程中,该博士生教育项目遵循了三维导向的实践逻辑,即目标导向下的发展需求与学位项目的现实性匹配、协作导向下的课程设置与流动路径的结构性匹配、市场导向下的技能培养与现实适用的有效性匹配,确保博士生教育项目的实施兼具科学性、针对性与创新性,为培养具有国际视野、战略思维、高效领导力的高水平人才奠定坚实基础。
英文摘要:
      As one of the European Universities alliances, EURECA-PRO is the only alliance in the world built in line with the Sustainable Development Goals. The doctoral education program launched in response to global challenges and European issues is committed to promoting innovative cooperation and revitalizing the transformation of higher education in Europe. EURECA-PRO builds a shared ecosystem for knowledge transfer and a network ecosystem for collaboration and development when planning the doctoral education program. This ecosystem is based on the Knowledge Square concept and the principle of deep integration and interconnection between the four major fields of education, research, innovation, and social interaction. During the collaborative process, the doctoral education program follows a three-dimensional practice logic, i.e., realistically matching the development needs oriented by the goal with the reality of the degree program; structurally aligning the curriculum oriented by the collaboration with the knowledge transfer flow path; and effectively coupling the cultivation of skills oriented by market orientation with application in practice. This ensures that the implementation of the doctoral education program is scientific, targeted, and innovative, laying a solid foundation for the cultivation of high-level professionals who are expected to have international vision, strategic thinking, and efficient leadership.
