Checks if the operation is finished.

Returns true if the operation is finished. Otherwise, returns false. Read-only. See Also: DownloadAssetPackAsyncOperation.keepWaiting, DownloadAssetPackAsyncOperation.progress, DownloadAssetPackAsyncOperation.downloadedAssetPacks.
